At Kudo the Dog, every item is made with care when you order it. We want you and your pup to be completely happy, so here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items, gift cards, downloadable products, and perishable items (like treats) are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right with an exchange or replacement at no cost to you. Just email us at kudo@kudothedog.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
- Partial refunds may be granted for items returned not in original condition or with signs of use.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher-value returns, as we can’t guarantee receipt without tracking.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value.
- If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
