About Kudo the Dog

Hi, I’m Erin Shedd, born in Maine and raised in northern New Hampshire. My husband and I have spent over 25 years in the outdoor recreation and ski industry, and we’ve built our life around adventure in the White Mountains.

In 2012, we welcomed Kudo into our lives—a spirited dog who loved hiking, biking, and exploring the great outdoors right alongside us. His love for adventure (and muddy paws) inspired us to create Kudo the Dog—a brand built for dogs who live life off the leash and the humans who love them.

Every collar, leash, and design is made with the same passion and joy Kudo brought to every trail we explored.
